Shipping instructions
A few precautions when shipping your specimens.  
Completely freeze the specimen, then wrap and tape it in a
plastic bag.  Several layers of newspaper need to be
wrapped around the bag, then place this in another bag and
seal, this will prevent any leaks.  Mark the box "Fragile
Taxidermy Items", please include a packing list.  In the
summer months, ship on Monday, this will prevent your box
from sitting over the weekend.  Bad smelling and leaky
packages can cause delays in delivery.

Payment Options
A 50 % deposit is required on all orders.  All out of state
orders not received with credit card information will be
returned C.O.D.

Return shipping
We will insure each order for $100, if you would like more
please let us know.  Large and over size boxes require
additional shipping, this will be the customers responsibility.  
Return shipping will be with USPS or UPS, if you would prefer
another shipper please let us know.
Local area drop-off
We accept local drop-offs week days 9:00am to 5:00pm.
 Saturday's and Sunday's from 12:00am to 4:30 pm.

Receiving/Tagging
Upon receipt your shipment will be checked for any damages
that may have occurred during shipment. It will then be
tagged, we use plastic banded tags and the numbers noted on
your working invoice.  The tags will remain on the skull
through out the entire process.
